Volume move fails while trying to move to or from an NAE aggregate

Issue

While trying to move a volume between aggregates, one of the following error messages is seen:

Cluster1::> volume move start -vserver svm1 -volume vol1 -destination-aggregate aggr1

Failed: The destination aggregate "aggr1" does not have NAE (NetApp Aggregate Encryption) enabled. NAE
volumes are not supported in such aggregates. (Error: 13001)

OR

Error: command failed: The destination aggregate "aggr1" is an NAE
(NetApp Aggregate Encryption) aggregate. Non-encrypted volumes are not supported in such aggregates.
