MGWD panics sporadically

Mon May 03 01:28:45 -0500 [clus-01: spmd: spm.mgwd.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Management Gateway (mgwd) subsystem with ID 83200 exited as a result of signal signal 6. The subsystem will attempt to restart.
