Issue

Unix users intermittently see 000 Unix permission on files and directories when accessing an NTFS security style volume
 
The following errors can be seen in EMS log:
 
Unable to map 'pcuser'. No default Windows user defined.
FAILURE: Name mapping for UNIX user 'pcuser' failed. No mapping found
