Description

This KB describes how to troubleshoot backend connectivity issues in a FlexArray.  Issues this might be applied to:

  • Storage disk path to external array went into Failure state. 
  • The path on one of the NetApp Initiator Port went into Failure state for a Storage Array however all other paths are showing IN-USE.
  • Disks failing on FAS side
  • IO being sent down non-optimized paths
