Description

This article describes the procedure to set up the AutoSupport feature on your ONTAP 9 NetApp storage system

  • By default, AutoSupport is enabled on each node to send messages to NetApp Support by using the HTTPS transport protocol.
  • You can control whether and how AutoSupport information is sent to NetApp Support and your internal support organization, and then test that the configuration is correct.

To view your current config:

::>autosupport show -node <node name> -instance
