Description

  • Some times accidentally Domain Administrator or Local CIFS server Administrator can lose access to CIFS share created on the root of Volume or Qtree.
  • Even after taking ownership of it from Windows end, Administrator is still unable to view or set any NTFS DACL permissions.
  • This article provides the various options on how to reset the permission.
