Description

  • If the filer has a high number of NFS operations, enable attribute caching on the NFS client to possibly reduce the large number of NFS operations and improve performance.
  • Attribute caching remembers file attributes like ctime, atime, owner, permissions, etc., so that attributes that get used often are available locally on the NFS client rather then the filer.
