Description

As of September 1, 2016, the Remote Support Enterprise (RSE) service solution is (EOL) End of Life and no longer supported. Refer to Product Communique CPC-1603- 04 for further details.

NetApp strongly recommends transitioning to AutoSupport OnDemand (AOD) for remote support on all storage systems using Data ONTAP 8.2 and later. AOD is a Data ONTAP 8.2+ software feature that enables remote support by NetApp technical support through on-demand collection of information through AutoSupport.
