Description

This KB is about how to configure and enable remote shell (rsh) access on a storage system.

Error message appears when a wrong entry is used in the hosts.equiv file while setting up rsh access.

This is because the client's username was not set in the /etc/hosts.equiv file, or the /etc/hosts.equiv file is case-sensitive.
