LIF on non-routed network (subnet)

Description

After ONTAP upgrade (including failover) a LIF cannot be reached by (some) clients, anymore
Takeover and Giveback of the cluster nodes, restored the access for the clients
Root Cause Analysis did not reveal any issue on the ONTAP side (it was found that other clients on the same lif/network were able to connect)
