Issue

  • HTTPD consistently crashes with VMEM limit exceeded errors, leading to API from Cloud Insights or OnCommand System Manager failing.
 
Example error from EMS when in this condition:
Fri Jul 08 00:12:22 +0000 [NODE:  httpd: kern.vm.mmap.return:notice]: mmap(2) by  httpd (pid 9194) for size 24576 failed: VMEM limit exceeded, limit 1073741824, error 12.
