FlexVol volume creation or online fails with reason of not enough space in aggregate

Issue

FlexVol volume online failure with below error:

cluster::> vol online voldbvol online: Error onlining volume "svm1:voldb". Unable to set volume attributes for volume "voldb" on vserver "svm1". Reason: Unable to bring volume online because there is not enough space in aggregate "aggr01". Create 20TB of free space in the aggregate and retry the operation.

FlexVol volume creation failure with below error:

Error: command failed: Aggregate "N1_SATA_AGGR" does not have enough free space to accommodate the requested number of constituents: 1. The largest number of constituents that the aggregate can accommodate is 0.
