Failue error message: Operation is disallowed on an aggregate which is not home

Issue

The following error message is reported when attempting to;

1) Create a volume:

cluster01::> volume create -volume siva -aggregate aggr1 -size 10g
[Job 42] Job is queued: Create siva.

Error: command failed: [Job 42] Job failed: Failed to create the volume on node "aff200-rtp-1b". Reason: Operation is disallowed on an aggregate which is not home.

2) Attempting to create a flexclone for a volume

cluster01::> volume clone create -flexclone vol1c -type RW -parent-vserver svm1 -parent-volume vol1
[Job 41] Job is queued: Create vol1c.

Error: command failed: [Job 41] Job failed: Failed to create the clone volume on node. Reason: Operation is disallowed on an aggregate which is not home.
