Effective December 3 - NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources. For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3) access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity. FPolicy causing high CPU utilization and slow CIFS access

Issue

When FPolicy is enabled CIFS access drastically slows down
 
The FPolicy server CPU and Memory may also spike
 
The following messages may be seen in the EMS.log:
Wed Aug 04 10:20:18 [Clus-01: fpolicy:error:2520] Failed to send the request to 
[10.10.20.15] server for [No space in send buffer for sending message to the FPolicy server, FPolicy server is slow in 
reading the notifications.] 
 
Wed Aug 04 10:20:20 [Clus-01: fpolicy: fpolicy.eagain.on.write:notice]: Write returned EAGAIN while sending notification to the FPolicy server "10.10.20.15" for vserver ID 10.
 
Mon Aug 04 10:20:29 [Clus-01: fpolicy: fpolicy.server.disconnect:error]: Connection to the FPolicy server "10.10.20.15" is broken ( reason: "Connection to FPolicy server is broken(EPIPE) received." ).
