Issue

Users are unable to add or list members to a local group using CLI
User access not possible due to wrong (old) cached SID
Domain user is removed before removing from a local group
Customer is unable to add or list members to a group on the migrated vservers
Listing local group members get the following result
::> vserver cifs users-and-groups local-group show-members -vserver <vserver-name> -group-name <BUILTINgroup-name> show failed: Failed to resolve member by the security identifier (SID) unknown-SID.
