Issue

The following errors appear in EMS log (usually once every hour):

Tue Jun 16 00:38:23 CEST [netapp: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.slifct.wqeError:debug]: FC port 2c has a WQE processing failure of type SLI_ELS_REQ, command LOGOUT, subtype x0, with status of 9 and an extended status x0 for NPIV port 2.

Tue Jun 16 00:38:23 CEST [netapp: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.hwpfct.els.rjt:error]: The Fibre Channel ELS request LOGOUT sent from adapter 2c NPIV port 260 to port ID 0xfffc08 failed with reason code 0x3 (Common transport logical error) and explanation code 0x0.
