Issue

When configuring Onboard Key Management (OKM) the following error is observed:

::> security key-manager onboard enable

Enter the cluster-wide passphrase for onboard key
management:

Re-enter the cluster-wide passphrase:

Error: command failed: This platform does not support data at rest
