Email "NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement" received after sending an AutoSupport

Answer
An e-mail from asupprod@netapp.com is received when the AutoSupport subject contains the word "test".
It is expected behavior to respond to AutoSupport messages containing "test" to confirm the reception of the AutoSupport message.
Example:
