Issue

EMS log reports the event "spm.secd.process.exit:EMERGENCY".

Example:

Sun Apr 19 17:50:31 JST [nodename: secd: ucore.panicString:error]: 'secd: Received SIGSEGV (Signal 11) at RIP 0 accessing address 0 (pid 7281, uid 0, timestamp 1587286231)'
Sun Apr 19 17:50:56 JST [nodename: spmd: spm.secd.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Security daemon with ID 7281 exited as a result of signal signal 11. The service will attempt to restart.
Sun Apr 19 17:51:06 JST [nodename: secd: secd.rpc.server.ready:info]: SecD is ready to serve all RPCs.
