Issue

An e-mail message notifying the customer that an AutoSupport was sent, is not received. Upon running the system node autosupport history show -node <NameOfTheNode> command to check the AutoSupport history, the AutoSupport in question displays either of the following status values:

  • sent-successful
  • ignore
