Answer

  • No - deleted data that has not finished being reclaimed will not be transfered during a volume move
  • Only the active file system and snapshots blocks will be moved

Additional Information

  • The volume show command will include the blocks being not yet reclaimed
  • The total remaining bytes in volume move show -instance command will include the blocks being reclaimed, however they will not be moved
  • Volume move calculates the non-reclaimed data in the volume move show command and this could lead to estimation times to be inaccurate
