Issue

Creation of SVM fails with the below error:

CLUSTER::> vserver create -vserver svm_1
[Job 3676]

Error: command failed: [Job 3676] Job failed:
Failed to create the volume on node "NODE". Reason: Internal error. Cannot create the volume encryption meta-file.
