Issue

  • The Cluster log-forwarding create command fails with the error seen below:

cluster01::>  cluster log-forwarding create -destination <host_name> -port 443 -protocol tcp-encrypted -verify-server false -facility user
Testing network connectivity to the destination host <host_name>.

Error: command failed:
Cannot connect to destination host <host_name>, port 443 from node "<node_name>".
Reason: Failed TLS/SSL handshake. Verify connectivity to desired host or skip the connectivity check with the "-force" parameter.
