Volume offline

Issue

Volume offline is fails with the following:

vol offline: Error offlining volume "VSERVER:VOLNAME". Unable to set volume attributes for

volume "VOLNAME" on Vserver "VSERVER". Reason: Volume busy.

In EMS you could also see:

[wafl.offline.volref.msg:notice]: 'dump' prevents 'offline' of 'volume VOLNAME'.
