Cannot convert flexvol to flexgroup

Issue

When trying to convert a FlexVol to a FlexGroup an error is displayed.
The output of convertion simulation from flexvol into flexgroup, is the following:
Error: command failed: Cannot convert volume "data1" in Vserver "svm1" to a
       FlexGroup. Correct the following issues and retry the command:
       * The volume has Snapshot copies with IDs greater than 255.  Use the
       (privilege: advanced) "volume snapshot show -vserver svm1 -volume data1
       -logical-snap-id >255 -fields logical-snap-id" command to list the
       Snapshot copies with IDs greater than 255 then delete them using the
       "snapshot delete -vserver svm1 -volume data1" command.
