Answer

Yes.

If syslog.conf is configured to forward audit log to syslog server, ZAPI operations records from System Manager are also forwarded.

Note: By default, ZAPIs that show configs are not recorded and not transferred, so turn on auditlog.readonly_api.enable option if necessary.
