Autosupport OnDemand fails - Account currently locked (7-mode)

Issue

  • Autosupport OnDemand requests are failing. Reviewing the notifyd.log, we see the following messages.

Tue Feb 18 2018 00:30:14 -05:00 [kern_notifyd:info:858] 0x80917dc00: ERR: AutoSupport::OnDemand: Executing ngsh command: set diag; system node autosupport modify -node local -ondemand-polling-interval 180

Tue Feb 18 2018 00:30:15 -05:00 [kern_notifyd:info:858] 0x80917dc00: ERR: AutoSupport::OnDemand: Unable to update polling interval: cmdErr() , cmdOut(Error: Account currently locked. Contact the storage administrator to unlock it.

Review the notifyd.log
>rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log
