Automated case not created for drive failure

Issue
- After a drive fails on the system, an automated case is not raised for the event
- The autosupport history shows that the message for the event was processed successfully
Cluster::> autosupport history show -node <node name> -status sent-successful
- Other recipients receive the Autosupport notification
