Issue

  • Autosupports are not being sent to NetApp
  • Running Autosupport history show  we see the following error:
Warning: Unable to list entries on node node-02. Timeout: Operation
         "autosupport_history_iterator::next()" took longer than 25 seconds to
         complete [from mgwd on node "node-01" (VSID: -1) to mgwd at
         x.x.x.x.]
Error: show failed: Timeout: Operation "autosupport_history_iterator::next()"
       took longer than 25 seconds to complete [from mgwd on node "node-01"
       (VSID: -1) to mgwd at x.x.x.x.]
