Answer

Yes. Cluster shell commands that modify settings (such as system services firewall modify, storage raid-options modify, etc.) are persistent after reboot.

Additional Information

Cluster shell modify commands update relational database (RDB) tables and sync across the cluster interconnect to ensure settings are persistent and consistent.

Example:

cluster::> system services firewall show
Node           Enabled Logging
-------------- ------- -------
cluster-1a     true    false
cluster-1b     true    false
2 entries were displayed.

cluster::> system services firewall modify -node * -enabled false
2 entries were modified.

cluster::> system services firewall show
Node           Enabled Logging
-------------- ------- -------
cluster-1a     false   false
cluster-1b     false   false
2 entries were displayed.

cluster::> storage failover takeover -ofnode aff200-rtp-1b
