After upgrade an one node of the cluster, can revert be performed on that node before all nodes upgrade are done?

Answer

No.

Revert can only be done to a version prior to the current effective cluster version.

Since the effective cluster version is updated after all nodes have been upgraded, it is not possible to revert when only one node has been upgraded.
