Issue

  • The ONTAP AV Connector may connect to any data LIF of an SVM, possibly leading to asymmetric routing
  • If asymmetric routing is not permitted in the network this may cause VSCAN connection issues. Typically, this occurs due to issues where a firewall is bypassed in one direction and the corresponding connection is terminated
