Issue

Attempting to access the root of the CIFS server is initially successful
When attempting to navigate into a share, a credential prompt appears and reports Access is denied when credentials are entered
Only occurs when clients try to access via FQDN or any other name associated with an SPN for the CIFS server machine account
CIFS export policies are enabled
