Issue

  • The XCP sync task is stuck without any progress for a long time
  • XCP log shows xcp.synchronizer error on a specific folder

2021-06-16 05:58:32,329 - ERROR - xcp.synchronizer - 1012 - 2796 - failed to copy "ntap\abc\test\test": (32, 'CreateFile', 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.')

  • Pakcet trace shows a loop of SMB CREATE call on the file under the folder with the filer responding NT error: STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOUND (0xc000003a)
