Opening a support case
NetApp XCP is now fully supported. Open a Support Case for any issues encountered while using XCP NFS or XCP SMB. Remember to attach the log file along with the support case. The XCP NFS and XCP SMB log file can usually be found at "/opt/NetApp/xFiles/xcp/xcp.log" and "C:\NetApp\XCP\Logs\xcp.log" respectively or the custom location you defined during the setup.

The NetApp XCP Migration Tool is fully supported by the NetApp Customer Success Services (CSS).
