Issue

When attempting to add a Cluster in SMI-S , the following error is shown:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NetApp\smis\pegasus\bin>smis addsecure 192.168.10.10 lds\svc-wfa Enter password: **********

Failed to add 192.168.10.10

cimcli CIMException: Cmd= ci Object= ONTAP_FilerData Code= 1 CIM_ERR_FAILED: Filer return: Can't connect to host (err=10061). - With storage system 192.168.10.10.
