Issue
Attempting to create a Thin VMDK for a new or existing virtual machine, results in the creation of a Thick Provisioned Lazy Zeroed disk. This is seen when a disk creation operation is initiated on a indirect volume mount by an ESXi host with NFS VAAI installed.
Note: Indirect volume mounts are when a volume is mounted to a LIF that is on a node that is not local to the volume.
