Issue

  • The upgrade process exits with the below error (sfinstall command output)
2022-01-18 07:19:42: PostInstallKexecLoad 87%:Loading kexec kernel
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
2022-01-18 07:36:12: FinishSuccess 100%: RTFI PostInstall successful
2022-01-18 07:36:14: cGCSendBloomFiltersInSeparateThreadEnable is not a supported cluster constant.
2022-01-18 07:36:14:Upgrade error: packageName=[./solidfire-rtfi-magnesium-patch3-12.3.0.958.iso] ex=[SolidFireApiError server=[10.xx.xx.xx] method=[ListVolumeStatsByVolume], params=[{}] - error name=[xVolumeIDDoesNotExist], message=[Volume 1422 does not exist.],code=[500], retryable=[False]]
 
  • From the event log at the above error time,  the volume is deleted and purged.
