In response to the recent rise in cyber threat due to the Russian-Ukraine crisis, NetApp is actively monitoring the global security intelligence and updating our cybersecurity measures. Issue

  • Repeating alerts shown at NetApp SolidFire Active IQ:
    • nodeOffline - The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with Storage node having node ID <#>.
    • sensorReadingFailed - IPMI diagnostics are currently unresponsive. Please contact support if this problem persists.
    • unresponsiveService - A master service is not responding.
  • A core file named with HangDetect generated around the time of the event (can be checked from ListCoreFiles API collection from NetApp SolidFire Active IQ):
