Cluster UI inaccessible and all nodes show Element Auth container errors after replacing Element SSL certificate

Issue

After successfully replacing the default SSL certificate with a Certificate Authority-signed SSL certificate on an Element cluster, the following occur:

  • the Cluster UI (https://<mvip>) is no longer accessible
  • ActiveIQ shows persistent "Element Auth container has been not ready for too long" errors on every node in the cluster.
