Issue

Errors in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ:

  • Error Code: driveHealthFault
  • Details: Drive with serial: xxxxxxxxxx in slot: y has failed SMART overall health check
    • Example: Drive with serial: S3SZABCD01234 in slot: 3 has failed SMART overall health check
  • Error Code: driveHealthFault
  • Details: Drive with serial: xxxxxxxxxx in slot: y, Drive should be replaced. SMART data indicates Non-volatile capacitance is failing, raw critical bytes 0-11: 0x10 0x2a 0x01 0x64 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00
    • Example: Drive with serial: S3T2NX0M305154 in slot: 7, Drive should be replaced. SMART data indicates Non-volatile capacitance is failing, raw critical bytes 0-11: 0x10 0x2a 0x01 0x64 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00
