Issue

  • Multiple disks and volumes failed after a controller panic.
  • After executed vdmRecoverAllRAIDVols, all disks except the last failed one were revived to optimal, and volumes were brought to online / degraded.
  • However, System Manager login page is not loading, with errors as below in controller serial console:
07/28/20-18:19:02 (sntpEventTask): NOTE: sntpEventHandler:SOD not complete; skipping NTP sync.
