NetApp Response to Russia-Ukraine Cyber Threat
In response to the recent rise in cyber threat due to the Russian-Ukraine crisis, NetApp is actively monitoring the global security intelligence and updating our cybersecurity measures. Issue

Pre-upgrade check fails with no specific error:

When attempting controller reboot, logged in the SANtricity System Manager from the alternate controller's IP address the following error is displayed:

"The selected controller is in a state that cannot be reset"
