In response to the recent rise in cyber threat due to the Russian-Ukraine crisis, NetApp is actively monitoring the global security intelligence and updating our cybersecurity measures.   • User(s) receive critical email alert from SANtricity System Manager indicating AutoSupport message could not be delivered:

Example:

An ASUP message could not be delivered from the array management host eos-b to NetApp ASUP https gateway https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/

  • AutoSupport message dispatch failed message seen in the "ASUP-TRANSMISSION-LOGS".
