Issue

  • The Major Event Log shows a critical event:

Description: Either the NTP server s resolved or configured IP address is wrong or the IP address is unavailable via the attached network
Sense Key/ASC/ASCQ: No Additional Sense Information. The controller has no
      sense data available for the requesting host and addressed logical unit
      combination.(0/00/00)

  • NTP server configuration is correct.
  • NTP server is reachable from E-Series controller.
