For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3) access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity. Issue

  • SCF time out error during CG (Consistency Group) backup
  • The following error may be seen in the SCF scAgent logs:

[2020-03-29 09:00:40,551] ERROR: STORAGE-02006: Committing consistency group Snapshot copy on controller [acme-dynamite-co-321] with CG Id [1537210551] failed with error [netapp.manage.NaAPIFailedException: Connection timed out (errno=60)
