  • SnapMirror or SVM-DR update failing since upgrade to 9.8

  • SnapMirror or SVM-DR is failing with the following errors:

svm1:vol1   svm1:vol1_dp     Failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "<Snapshot-name>". (Failed to start transfer. (The primary volume size exceeds the maximum volume size supported on the destination.))

  • There is below error in the EMS log:

Thu Nov 04 09:13:11 +0800 [Node_name: repl_Handle_reg: repl.large.vol.unsup.maxvvbn:error]: Large volumes not supported on the destination node for destination volume with MSID of relationship.
