Description

  • There are two modes of transfer for SnapMirror Type-XDP relationships
    • Logical Replication with Storage Efficiency (LRSE) - Source-side storage efficiency savings are maintained by SnapMirror
    • Logical Replication (LRE) - Source-side storage efficiency savings are not maintained by SnapMirror but can be re-gained at the destination
  • This KB explains how to tell if a relationship is using LRSE or LRE
