- There are two modes of transfer for SnapMirror Type-XDP relationships
- Logical Replication with Storage Efficiency (LRSE) - Source-side storage efficiency savings are maintained by SnapMirror
- Logical Replication (LRE) - Source-side storage efficiency savings are not maintained by SnapMirror but can be re-gained at the destination
