Issue

SMO/SMSAP clones fail with the following error code:

[DEBUG]: ORACLE-00601: Found SID in Windows Registry - SID: oraclesid, ORACLE_HOME: Home Path, StartOnBoot: false
[ERROR]: SMSAP-04023: The Oracle SID "oraclesid" already exists. Please specify a different SID for the -newsid argument.
[ERROR]: SMSAP-13032: Cannot perform operation: Clone Create.  Root cause: SMSAP-04023: The Oracle SID "oraclesid" already exists. Please specify a different SID for the -newsid argument.
