Issue

  • Backup report shows that SMHV fails to delete SnapInfo Snapshot due to "Error: entry doesn't exist"

An error occurred while deleting snapshots  smhv_snapinfo_<SMHV_HOST>_<TIMESTAMP>

  • /etc/log/mroot/audit.log shows snapshot-delete ZAPI fails by "Error: entry doesn't exist"

snapshot-delete :: Error: entry doesn't exist

  • Application event log shows error

ERROR,<HOST>,SnapDriveEventMsgs,19,"Error deleting Snapshot Name: smhv_snapinfo_<SMHV_HOST>_<TIMESTAMP> on Resource: <VOLUME>
Error code : 102,102 
Details : 102-Error: Your remove Snapshot backup operation failed.
Error: Remove Snapshot 'smhv_snapinfo_<SMHV_HOST>_<TIMESTAMP>' failed on volume '<VOLUME>'.

 Failed to run a command Remove-NcSnapshot.
